If no one is home

In London, re-delivery can be arranged for a small fee

UK-wide, re-delivery must be arranged directly with the courier

Delivery is considered complete once confirmed to the location

Missed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable, couriers may leave parcels in a safe place if permitted
