Orders can be cancelled within one hour of purchase. After this, flowers may have already been prepared or dispatched.


Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, for London orders placed before 12 pm. Same-day delivery may be limited during peak periods or holidays.


Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you save your details for a faster experience next time.


Can I include a message or gift wrap?

Absolutely! Add your personal message at checkout.
All bouquets are gift-wrapped beautifully as shown online, with premium wrapping available on request.
