Free and economy services use couriers like Royal Mail, DHL, or DPD and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for these options

Important Information

• Deliveries may experience delays of up to 2 hours due to traffic or unforeseen issues. For time-sensitive occasions, consider ordering one day earlier.
  
• In London, re-delivery can be arranged for a small fee
• UK-wide, re-delivery must be arranged directly with the courier
• If a guaranteed slot is delayed, we’ll refund the difference between the selected and next available service

Special Destinations

Deliveries to offices, hospitals, large companies, or funeral homes may be left at reception or loading bays due to access restrictions
Delivery is considered complete once confirmed to the location

Missed Deliveries & Refund Policy

• Shipments valued over £100 cannot be left in a “safe place” - a recipient’s signature is required upon delivery.
• We are not responsible if the recipient is unavailable or does not answer the door at delivery time.
• For UK deliveries via courier, tracking numbers are provided, and re-delivery must be arranged directly with the courier.
• For London deliveries via private drivers, re-delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place if requested, but we do not take responsibility for parcels lost afterward.
• If flowers arrive late due to missed delivery, flower quality cannot be guaranteed.
• If your premium delivery arrives later than the guaranteed time, you may be eligible for a partial refund equal to the difference between your chosen time slot and the next available slot.

Unattended Deliveries & Deliveries Outside London (Royal Mail)

If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour (if requested). Please note that this option is not available for orders over £100. Once delivery has been confirmed, Florist London cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items left unattended.

For deliveries to offices, commercial buildings, hotels, and similar premises, orders are dispatched via Royal Mail courier and are typically delivered to designated parcel rooms or reception areas.

Please be aware that many offices, hotels, and commercial buildings restrict or do not accept deliveries during weekends. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries in such cases, as we have no control over individual building policies or access restrictions.

In the event that Royal Mail is unable to complete delivery due to an “Address Inaccessible” status, we shall not be held responsible for any resulting delays.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• restricted or blocked access to the street (e.g. due to roadworks, accidents, or public events),
• inability to access the building (e.g. faulty intercom systems, locked or malfunctioning gates),
• or any other situations beyond the courier’s control that prevent successful delivery.

In these cases, liability for delivery delays does not rest with us.
