Missed Deliveries & Refund Policy

Shipments valued over £100 cannot be left in a “safe place” - a recipient’s signature is required upon delivery.
We are not responsible if the recipient is unavailable or does not answer the door at delivery time.
For UK deliveries via courier, tracking numbers are provided, and re-delivery must be arranged directly with the courier.
For London deliveries via private drivers, re-delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place if requested, but we do not take responsibility for parcels lost afterward.
If flowers arrive late due to missed delivery, flower quality cannot be guaranteed.
If your premium delivery arrives later than the guaranteed time, you may be eligible for a partial refund equal to the difference between your chosen time slot and the next available slot.
