  • Express Same Day (12 pm – 8 pm) – £16
    Order by 12 pm for guaranteed same-day delivery.

  • Selected Day (10 am – 8 pm) – £10

  • Selected Day (10 am – 6 pm) – £12

  • Selected Day (3 pm – 8 pm) – £14

Deliveries are made by trusted private drivers to ensure freshness and punctuality.

UK-Wide

  • Free Standard (3–4 working days) – Free

  • Economy (1–2 working days) – £6

  • Selected Day (8 am – 5 pm) – £16

  • Morning (8 am – 2 pm) – £20

  • Early Morning (7 am – 10 am) – £40

  • Weekend (Sat & Sun) – £25

Free and economy services use couriers like Royal Mail, DHL, or DPD. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for these options.

Important Information

  • Deliveries may experience delays of up to 2 hours due to traffic or unforeseen issues.

  • For time-sensitive occasions, consider ordering one day earlier.

  • If no one is home:

    • In London: re-delivery can be arranged for a small fee.

    • UK-wide: re-delivery must be arranged directly with the courier.

  • If a guaranteed slot is delayed, we’ll refund the difference between the selected and next available service.

Special Destinations

Deliveries to offices, hospitals, large companies, or funeral homes may be left at reception or loading bays due to access restrictions. Delivery is considered complete once confirmed to the location.

Missed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable, couriers may leave parcels in a safe place (if permitted). Florist London cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage after that.
Flower freshness may be affected if re-delivery occurs the following day.

International Delivery
